During the holidays, the Council hosted many family parties with Santa, complete with food and gifts for hundreds of deployed military families, so they could enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas with dignity and without worry. “Angel Tree” donations from the Airpower Council provided Christmas presents for many military children who otherwise would have had none.

Welcome Home! Event funds help host countless reunions for families to greet their heroes returning from the war. Many families say this is one of the most important moments in their military lives, a public yet very private outpouring of love and gratitude.
